Applications for the 2024/2025 school year can be found below. They are due by January 29th, 2024. Applications received after this

deadline will be accepted on a rolling basis.

Please follow these three steps to begin the admissions process:

ADMISSION MEETING

Schedule a brief virtual meeting where we can learn about your child, what you hope for in their educational experience and introduce you to KBA. Please complete this inquiry form and Email Lisa Feingold, Director of Enrollment, to schedule.

We are currently holding in person tours Monday - Friday and look forward to welcoming you to our school.

START YOUR APPLICATION

APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION:

The application for the 2024-2025 can be found at the button below. You will be asked to create a username and password to begin. Please pay careful attention to the grade that you are applying for in order to access the correct application. There is a $25 application fee for infants through Preschool 3’s and a $50 fee for Pre-K through 8th grade.

Please note: The link below is for FAMILIES THAT ARE NEW TO KBA. For current families applying for an additional sibling, please log in to your parent portal and create a new application. Please email lfeingold@kellmanbrownacademy.org if you have any questions.

Please Note:

  • P2 Students must be two years old by October 1st of the year they enter

  • P3 Students must be three years old by October 1st of the year they enter

  • Pre-K Students must be four years old by October 1st of the year they enter

  • Kindergarten applicants must be five years old by October 1st of the year they enter.

  • 1st Grade applicants must be six years old by October 1st of the year they enter.


All transcripts, standardized testing, and teacher recommendation forms are due to the Admissions Office by February 16th, 2024. Applications received after this date will be accepted on a rolling basis.

An application is considered complete and will be ready for review when KBA has received the application of admission, teacher recommendation, and official school transcripts.

Student Visit Day

Once your child’s application has been completed and received, students applying for K - 8th grade will be invited to attend a visit day.

ADMISSION DECISION

Completed applications are reviewed by KBA’s Admission Review Committee. Upon acceptance, an enrollment contract and deposit must be completed to ensure your child’s place in the class and returned within two weeks of receipt.
